I was looking for an adapter to connect my laptop to an old monitor with a VGA. After reading the reviews and seeing the price point, I decided to give this thing a try. Received the package today and hurried to test it out. So far so good. Hope it lasts.
I will say this is that I have two laptop and for some reason, it only worked on one. Maybe I’ll contact customer service and ask why another day.

I purchased this dock for my Dell XPS 13 which has very limited USB C out/input. It works great and no issue so far. The USB C video output and Charging feature works well. The Ethernet and HDMI added more functions for the dock. Would recommend it.

The product does exactly what it needs to.
Only small downside, is that I hoped the Audio port would also provide audio in (via mic).
I am generally happy with the product, it works well with my Xiaomi laptop which is known to be a bit nitpicky with regards to PD power input.
I think I will buy another Ikling product in the future, I would love to upgrade to the Dock which supports both audio in AND DP port.

The product works well for the most part. I typically use the product to connect a Microsoft Surface Go to a monitor, ethernet connection, hard drives, and SD cards. Sometimes, however, there is my Surface randomly disconnects from the monitor. This is not occur very frequently.
I am very pleased with this product and would turn towards ikling first for my future purchases.
