Product worked great for a couple months, then it began to fail. USB C port will report it as disconnect and reconnected every now and then, HDMI jack fails (changed the cable and kept failing from time to time)

I bought this product on July 24, 2020 today is July 12, 2021 and it is broken. The chord has separated from the device because the connection point was weak. It should have been braided to withstand movement or be braced on the machine better.
