I just signed up for this warranty because after using it for half of a year, the VGA stopped working. I need an extension to another screen to work from home and now since it does not work, it has caused inconvenience. I bought this product so I can work more efficiently at home, but now since it does not work, I cannot work as efficiently as when it worked. Also, the USB never worked when I plugged in my hard drive, so all of the data that are saved in my hard drive cannot be taken out. I was wondering if I can get a replacement if possible.

So far it seems very functional. I also have a Lenovo thunderbolt dock that I use with my Thinkpad. Your device charges more slowly, but otherwise seems to be comparable and for about $250 less. Live the portability.
