Overall a nice product, although I have not used some of its functions yet (like the VGA connection or the SD slots). I hope they are going to work as expected, when needed.
Also, as a suggestion, a more modern, slick design might make the product even more appealing.

Great product. USBC port not working with my printer and scanner UBSC cable but I giving a benefit of the doubt to it since the problem could be with the cable. I bought USBC to USB head to use with USB port on the product.

I had for a couple of days so far but I must say it does deliver the same way it was described. Also i didn’t know that it will be this small as I was afraid it would be massive considering its 9-1 hub. The texture of the body give it that shiny metal look and it doesn’t leave any fingerprints traces which is amazing !!

I used this hub mostly the audio output. The connection from the hub to my iPad USB-C port got disconnected from time to time so I have to unplug/replug it. When it is disconnected I could hear a light noise in the earphone. Also the volume I hear from the earphone can not be adjusted by the volume button on my iPad.

This USB-C mini-dock works well for all the ports and connections it has, but after using it for a month or so, it started shutting down my computer without warning when it was left idle for 10 or 15 minutes. This became to be so chronic, I stopped using this dock and bought another brand. Another issue is that the USB ports are not powerful enough to connect an external hard drive. My replacement dock connects with ext drives just fine.

This hub works well with the 2020 iPad pro. I can charge the device while running a USB keyboard and presenting onto a smartboard. Other hubs overheat or the USB becomes faulty and I have not had this issue.

It worked great for a few months then it started disconnecting all the time. It seemed to happen when my computer would sleep. Then I would have to disconnect everything and then plug it all back in. Often more than once.
