I have had a few issues with the hdmi connector and the headphone jack….the external monitor keeps flickering when I use this USB C dock. I tried changing the hdmi cable and it still kept flickering.
I see the utility of the device and would like a replacement of the device please.

I was excited to purchase an affordable option to use as a dock for so many different devices.
As time has gone by I have noticed that the product gets very hot as I use it. In addition, It has begun to malfunction. There have been multiple occasions where I have been using it to connect to a webcam, and no signal has gone through.
